Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please call within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time to avoid losing your deposit. If you are over 15 minutes late, you will lose your deposit and be required to put down another deposit for future bookings. If you No Call No Show for your appointment 2 times, you will no longer be allowed to schedule future appointments with Hardy Locs.
